Professional coaching equipment for boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. Thai pads, focus mitts, and kick shields built for daily gym use.
King Fighter boxing pads (focus mitts) are essential training tools designed for developing punching technique, speed, accuracy, and power. Used daily by trainers and fighters, boxing pads play a key role in improving striking skills during pad work, drills, and controlled sparring sessions.
Our range includes softer pads for technical training and beginners, as well as harder, reinforced pads for powerful fighters who demand maximum durability and impact resistance. This allows trainers to choose the ideal level of feedback and protection based on training intensity and athlete level.
King Fighter boxing pads are designed as professional coaching equipment, suitable for boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and other striking disciplines. Ergonomic construction, secure hand positioning, and shock-absorbing padding help reduce strain on the trainer's hands and wrists while ensuring excellent strike control.
Thai pads (kick pads) are larger and designed to absorb kicks, knees, and heavy strikes. Focus mitts are smaller, lighter pads worn on hands for boxing combinations and precision work. Thai pads are essential for Muay Thai, while focus mitts are used across all striking sports.
Quality Thai pads should be 7-10cm thick with dense foam. Thicker pads (10cm+) are better for heavy kickers and professional training. Thinner pads offer more feedback but less protection for the holder. Always choose pads with consistent foam density throughout.
Beginners should start with curved focus mitts featuring softer padding. This design is more forgiving for inaccurate punches and easier on the holder's hands. As technique improves, progress to flatter, firmer mitts that provide better feedback.
Hold Thai pads at a slight angle, not flat. Brace against kicks by stepping into them slightly. Keep your elbows close to your body for support. For knees, angle pads downward. Good pad holding is a skill - start with lighter kicks while learning proper technique.
