King Fighter Hand Wraps – The Foundation of Hand Protection

King Fighter Hand Wraps are essential equipment for every boxer, kickboxer, and MMA fighter. Proper hand wrapping protects the small bones in your hands and wrists from injury during heavy bag work, pad training, and sparring.

Our 4.5m cotton hand wraps provide excellent support and shock absorption. The length allows for comprehensive coverage of knuckles, wrist, and thumb, while the slight stretch ensures a secure, comfortable fit. Available in multiple colors to match your gear.

For fighters who prefer convenience without sacrificing protection, our gel inner gloves offer quick-on protection with built-in gel padding over the knuckles. Perfect for busy training schedules or as additional padding under boxing gloves.

Complete your hand protection setup with our forearm guards and elbow pads – essential for Krav Maga, MMA, and any combat sport where forearm blocks are part of your defensive arsenal.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should hand wraps be?

+

Standard hand wraps are 4.5 meters (180 inches) long, which provides enough length to properly wrap your hands, wrists, and thumbs. Shorter 2.5m wraps exist for kids or quick wraps, but 4.5m is recommended for full protection during serious training.

Hand wraps or gel gloves - which is better?

+

Traditional hand wraps offer customizable support and are preferred by professionals. Gel inner gloves are faster to put on and convenient for busy schedules. Many fighters use gel gloves for light training and proper hand wraps for heavy bag work and sparring.

How do I wrap my hands properly?

+

Start at the wrist, wrap around 3-4 times, then go across the back of hand to wrap each finger individually. Cover the knuckles with 2-3 passes, secure the thumb, then finish with remaining wrap around the wrist. The wrap should feel supportive but not cut circulation.

How often should I wash my hand wraps?

+

Wash hand wraps after every 2-3 training sessions to prevent bacteria buildup and odor. Use a mesh laundry bag to prevent tangling. Air dry completely before storing. Having multiple pairs allows rotation while others are being washed.
